DESCRIPTION:The Rutherglen Annual Agricultural Show is an event open to the
  wider community which features many of the traditional aspects of a rural
  show - full horse program\, cattle handling/parading\, sheep and fleece e
 xhibits\, farm produce\, poultry exhibits\, pavilion competitions includin
 g baking\, needlecrafts\, photography\, arts/crafts\, and horticulture\, a
 ll featuring local schools and their talented students. Many displays of u
 nique skills including the John Williams Memorial Dog High Jump\, NEB Axem
 ens' Association wood chop\, facepainting\, and shearing demonstration. Th
 ey also have a limited number of market stalls if you're looking for a uni
 que handcrafted bargain on the day. They encourage all ages to enter as an
  exhibitor or simply to come along and enjoy a wonderful community event. 
 A variety of food and drink options are available. Victorian Showmen's Gui
 ld side shows are amongst the entertainment options\, along with Colonial 
 Clydesdale Carriage rides\, Hay Ho Animal Nursery\, and this year's show w
 ill feature performances by Sincs FMX motorcross stunt show. There's somet
